Executive Secretaries of the Convention
Note: The first people to head the CMS Secretariat were Sachiko Kuwabara and Ralph Osterwoldt. Judith Johnson served as Executive Coordinator until Arnulf Müller-Helmbrecht succeeded her in 1993. It was during his tenure that the job title changed to Executive Secretary.
