2012/021: New Signatory to the MOU on Cetaceans in the Pacific Islands Region

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Conservation of Cetaceans and their Habitats in the Pacific Islands Region is pleased to inform you that:

The United States of America signed the Memorandum of Understanding on 27 September 2012.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 15. The MOU has been in effect since 15 September 2006.
