Peru, U.S. sign agreement to combat wildlife trafficking
Foreign Affairs Minister Mario Lopez and United States Embassy Chargé d'Affaires Denison Offutt on Thursday signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation to establish a Specialized Investigation Unit to Combat Wildlife Trafficking.
