2024/022: Membership of CMS Scientific Council Working Groups

At its 7th meeting (ScC-SC7, Bonn, September 2024), the Sessional Committee of the CMS Scientific Council established, or extended the duration of, a number of working groups and task forces to advance its work, as listed in the Annex. The Sessional Committee also agreed to run a consultative process on the topic of insect decline and migratory species. 

Interest in membership as expressed during the ScC-SC7 meeting is captured in the ScC-SC7 meeting report which will be made available on the CMS website shortly.

Sessional Committee members, representatives of Parties and  organisations which have registered as observers to Sessional Committee meetings, who have not already done so during the meeting, are invited to indicate their interest to join one or more of these groups or processes, and to indicate  if they wish  to continue the membership in the working groups with open duration, by filling in the table contained in the Annex to this notification. The table in the Annex indicates additional details on membership in these processes.
