2019/020: CMS COP13 Side Events and Exhibitions

The 13^th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS COP13) will be held at the Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre, in Gandhinagar, India, from 17 to 22 February 2020. It will be preceded by several events on 15 and 16 February, including a Stakeholder Dialogue on 15 February and a High-Level Segment on 16 February.

As in previous years, there will be opportunities for Parties, observers and organizations to organize side events and exhibitions.  This year we will be able to accommodate up to 65 side events. Ample exhibition space will be available in a dedicated exhibition hall at the venue. There is also a 1,000-seat theatre which will be availablefor the projection of films and videos, and for launches or other ceremonies.     

The application process to request a side event or exhibition space is now open. Side events should be relevant to the objectives of the Convention and preferably tied to subjects to be discussed as part of the COP13 agenda.
