2019/005: Junior Professional Officer
The Secretariat would like to draw attention to Resolution 12.2 on “Finance and Administrative Matters” which invites Parties to consider the feasibility of financing Junior Professional Officers (JPO) and / or providing gratis personnel or technical experts to the Secretariat to increase its capacity.
As a matter of course, the Secretariat has recently presented requests for JPOs to the UN Environment Headquarters which coordinate the programme.
