2018/010: New Signatory to the CMS Dugong MOU

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation and Management of Dugongs and their Habitats throughout their Range (Dugong MOU) is pleased to inform that:

Timor-Leste signed the Dugong MOU on 10 September 2018 in Dili.

This will bring the total number of Signatories to 27. The MOU has been in effect since 31 October 2007.
