2016/005: New Signatory to the CMS Raptors MOU

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MOU) is pleased to announce that:

India signed the CMS Raptors MOU on 7 March 2016 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 56.  The Raptors MOU has been in effect since 1 November 2008.
