2015/024: New Signatory to the UNEP/CMS Raptors MOU

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MOU) is pleased to announce that:

 

Union of the Comoros signed the UNEP/CMS Raptors MOU on 6 October 2015 in Trondheim, Norway.

 

This brings the total number of Signatories to 53.  The Raptors MOU has been in effect since 1 November 2008.
