The Secretariat shall, subject to the availability of resources, in collaboration with interested Parties, UNESCO and other relevant intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations, undertake a concise review of the values, policy principles and concrete opportunities that exist in relation to the tangible and intangible cultural values associated with migratory species and their conservation.
