The CMS Secretariat is pleased to announce the dates of the 14th Meeting of the Conference of the Parties (COP14).

COP14 will take place from 23 to 28 October 2023 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan.

The deadlines for Parties to submit documents to COP14 are provided in the attached document. This includes deadlines for National Reports, proposals for the amendment of the Convention and its Appendices, and proposed Resolutions and Decisions. The document also outlines the flow of documents through the Scientific Council and indicates when documents will be made available on the CMS website.  

Further guidance on drafting Resolutions, Decisions, proposals for the amendment of the Appendices, and proposals for Concerted Actions will be provided in the near future.

Parties are requested to submit all documents to the Secretariat at [email protected], by the stated deadlines.
