In accordance with Article XI, paragraph 5 of the Convention text, the amendments to the Appendices agreed at the 14th meeting of the CMS Conference of the Parties (COP14) entered into force on 17 May 2024.

Revised versions of the Appendices have been posted on the CMS website in English, French and Spanish.

The species added to the Appendices at COP14 are set out in Notification 2024/004.
