Third Meeting of Signatories to the Dugong MOU
The Third Meeting of Signatories (MOS3) to the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation and Management of Dugongs and their Habitats throughout their Range (Dugong MOU), will be held from 13 to 14 March 2017 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The meeting documents will be added to this website.
Please use the online pre-registration form if you are interested in attending the Dugong MOS3.
Official delegations from Signatory States are requested to email a signed and stamped letter of credentials to the Dugong MOU Secretariat by 31 December 2016. Please see a sample letter of credentials for reference.
Range States planning to sign the Dugong MOU at MOS3 are requested to email an instrument of full powers to the Dugong MOU Secretariat at their earliest convenience. Please see a model instrument of full powers for reference.
