The Secretariat is pleased to invite observers to the second meeting of the CMS Strategic Plan Working Group (SPWG). This meeting will be held on 25-26 November 2013 at the United Nations Campus in Bonn, Germany. It will be open to observers from 2pm on 25 November 2013, and will be followed by the CMS Standing Committee’s 41st meeting on 27-28 November 2013.

Attendance is at observers’ expense and you are asked to arrange your own travel and accommodation. Kindly advise [email protected] and [email protected] by 25 October if you will be attending.

A first draft of the Strategic Plan was released for comments by 30 September 2013. The second draft Plan will be the basis for the discussions at the SPWG meeting.
