The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Sharks (Sharks MOU) is pleased to inform you that:

Somalia signed the CMS Sharks MOU on 3 October 2016.

This will bring the total number of Signatories to 41, as of 1 November 2016. The MOU has been in effect since 1 March 2010.
