The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (UNEP/CMS) is pleased to bring to your attention its comments on the proposals to amend CITES Appendices I & II as far as they concern certain marine species.

You are requested to bring the comments, contained in the annex to this Notification, to the attention of your colleagues in your national CITES Management Authority.
