The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Sharks is pleased to inform you that:

Sweden and Samoa signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Sharks in Quito on 5 November 2014 and in Apia on 7 November 2014
respectively.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 38, as of 1 December 2014. The MOU has been in effect since 1 March 2010.
