Press Accreditation
If you would like attend one or several of the press
conferences, please present your valid press card
or a letter from your editorial office to the registration
desk. In order to facilitate the process, please inform
the CMS Secretariat by writing an email to
vlenarz@cms.int
Accreditation covers the following meeting:
The Ninth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties
Media Centre
The media centre will be located at U.E.M.O.A. Room
A018, next to the F.A.O. Entrance.
The Centre will comprise 4 computers, 2 printers
and HAB connector for laptops. Seats at the desks
are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Centre will comprise, on the ground floor, the
print press area, and the media coordination offices
of the Secretariat and the Host Government. The press
conference room and other meeting rooms will be located
on the first floor.

Print Press Area
The print press area will be available from Sunday,
30 November, 3:00 pm until the end of the Conference
(5 December). It will be open 24/7, with limited services
between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
The desks will have computers providing access to
the Internet and to printers. While wireless Internet
access is provided in the Media Centre, it only provides
for surfing the web and sending emails, but not for
uploading larger files or radio broadcasting.
