17 January 2012 - the Manomet Center for Conservation Sciences is calling for entries for the 2012 Pablo Canevari Award. There is a prize of US$2,000 for the winning individual or organization, who must come from Latin America and demonstrate an outstanding commitment to shorebird conservation. The prize is named after Pablo Canevari (1951-2000), well known and much admired in CMS circles, having served three years as the Convention’s Technical Officer.
