La segunda reunión del Grupo de Trabajo sobre Tortugas Marinas del Océano Índico Norte (NIO-MTTF) establecido por el MdE sobre Tortugas Marinas IOSEA de la CMS tuvo lugar del 29 al 30 de enero en Colombo, Sri Lanka.
