The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Sharks is pleased to inform you that:

The Republic of Vanuatu signed the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Sharks in Philippines on 19 February 2013.

The MOU has been in effect since 1 March 2010. For the new Signatory the MOU enters into effect on 20 February 2013.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 26, as of 20 February, 2013.
